This 500 pound squat knockout is unreal these guys need to stop trying to go so hard when they aren’t at this level yet I understand testing your limits but you can be really hurt lifting so hard when your not ready for it yet. This is why you should not max out the squat unless you have trust worthy spotters. That bro got knocked out! He’ll be out of the gym for a few days after this one.
