The weekend is everyone’s favorite time of the week. You don’t have to worry about getting up early for work or class. It’s the time of the week when you get to relax and literally do whatever the hell you choose to but that might in fact be a bad thing too. A lot of people bust their a$sess off in throughout the week by watching what they eat and killing themselves in the gym only to party it all away during the weekend. It can become quite a destructive pattern and will hold you back from getting your physique to where you want it to be. Chugging down beers and shot after shot might seem like the right thing to do in the moment but you most likely will wake up the next day regretting it. Living a fit life is a lifestyle and if you want to maintain that lifestyle there are certain sacrifices you have to make. Such as your routine of getting as drunk as possible on the weekends with your friends. It just doesn’t have a time and place in your life, don’t put all the work you did throughout the week to waste!
