The traps can be one of the most intimidating muscle groups an individual can have if developed properly. But for some reason many lifters either ignore them altogether in their training routines or don’t give them enough work. As they rather put their attention on the show muscles such as the biceps, chest, and back. Failing to realize that a pair of massive traps will put your physique over the top and make you seem a lot more threatening. But threatening in a very positive way.
