Bad Form Isn’t Always Bad Form

You might have seen some guys in the gym doing crazy things in the gym, lifting mind blowing amounts of weights with what most people would consider stupid form. Some people in the gym know definitely not how to lift and are doing it incorrectly but not all the bodybuilders training with stupid form are doing it “incorrectly”, they may have modified the exercises to target certain muscle groups with more time under tension. So the next time you are judging someone for having bad form in the gym, you may want to think about that maby he is doing it on purpose because it works better the “incorrect way”.
