How intense are your training sessions? No don’t lie to yourself, answer that question honestly. How intense are your training sessions? Because moderate training sessions won’t get you anywhere, plain and simple. Moderate training sessions will get nothing else but mediocre results and do you go to the gym to achieve mediocre results? I sure as hell hope not because if that is the case then what is the purpose of training? Regardless of what activities you participate in throughout your life it is key that you make sure you give it all that you got. So while this weekend might be Halloween weekend, don’t let that get in the way of getting your ass in the gym. Get in their, kill your training session, make those weights clank against one another and make some noise. Because I can guarantee you one thing, if you are making noise at the gym – you are guaranteed busting your tail. So lets be disciplined on this weekend and progress one step closer to our end goals!
