One of the most frequently asked questions among friends who lift is: How much do you bench press? For whatever reason the bench press is one of the more popular excersises among males and the one which they enjoy bragging about the most. If you have a friend with a high bench press you know this all to well but don’t get pissed off, get in the gym and start working toward the bench press you want. In the video below, Michael Kory shows us a few exercises he has used to help him continuously grow a stronger bench press. If chest is your weakness don’t stress over it, just keep chipping away and soon enough it’ll become your strength.
