If you are constantly around individuals who live a fit lifestyle you will always hear someone complaining about how hard it is for them to stay on point with their diet. And that has to do with the fact that people find this need to follow an insanely strict diet in order to reach their goals. Which isn’t a necessity unless you are a competitor at the IFBB or NPC level. While you definitely need to be conscious of the foods you are putting into your body, you don’t have to be meticulous with your diet either.
