Dennis Wolf Amazing Chest Workout

IFBB professional bodybuilder Dennis Wolf briefly takes us through a chest workout four weeks out from the 2014 Mr.Olympia contest. Two of Wolf’s points of emphasis when working out chest or any other muscle for that matter is to make sure you: 1) Get a good stretch of the muscle , 2) That you squeeze at the top of your reps. Dennis also states that he doesn’t really workout with a certain number of repetitions in mind, he basically goes with the flow and performs as many reps as he can. Seems like that methodology has worked out pretty well for Dennis and in career, you might want to give it a shot.
