Discipline is the most important factor in sculpting your body toward becoming tight, lean and fit. You must be disciplined in every facet of training from the way you eat, to how you workout and often overlooked but very important is the amount of rest you get. Without the proper amount of rest and recovery time you are just not going to see the results you are looking for. As Mike Rashid states in this video ” Your body will NOT grow if you are NOT sleeping”. There is a certain lifestyle you must live to have the body you so desperately want. Start making the necessary sacrifices and you will see the improvements you are looking for sooner rather than later!
