The Brofessor is back to teach you all about the importance of the superset. Why do sets of 8-10 or sets of 15-20 when you can do both and just the first one? Most of us don’t need to relearn how to superset or lift weights. We’ve got that shit under control. But let’s be honest, Dom Mazzetti is a funny dude so if he wants to rant and rave for 8 minutes (8 MINUTES! Who makes a video that long?) about supersets we’re probably going to watch. The weights get smaller but your pump gets bigger.
