Drop Your Anchor Everytime At The Gym!!

When working out it can get difficult at times to continuously push your self to  get where you want to be. Unless you are mentally locked in and focused on what you have set out to achieve. You must “Drop an Anchor”, which comes as a result of building your intensity vessel. What is your intensity vessel? Simply put it is when you place yourself in a mental state where you feel indestructible and invincible. Your mentality is the key factor in what you will and will not be able to do. “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t your right”. Drop that Anchor and go ahead and destroy the gym!
