Dwayne Johnson’s ‘Herculean’ Meal Plan

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, is the dude almost every chick dreams about being with and it’s hard to blame them- the guy is 6 foot 5 inches tall and weights about 260 lbs of pure muscle. Dwayne recently took on the task of playing the greek hero known as Hercules, son of the greek god Zeus. Preparing for this role presented a an immense challenge for “The Rock”. Johnson increased his training routine, to a six-days on, one-day off schedule during a six month stretch to help him bulk up for the role. Thats only part of the plan, he would also get together with his nutrition team and generate a “12 Labors” diet, consisting of large amounts of protein, carbs, and fats to assure he would be in the best shape of his life. Dwayne takes time out of his hectic schedule to show us the seven meals he consumed on the daily to prepare for the role and make it through filming
