There will be no handouts, unless you have been blessed with unworldly genetics but even then you will have to bust your ass just to obtain your pro card. Are you willing to sacrifice blood, sweat, and tears on the journey toward your pro card? Because it is required. You are going to have to go through the pain, suffering, and sacrifice as you fight against hundreds of NPC competitors in order to get noticed and claim what is yours. Derek Epstein is a current NPC competitor  who is more than ready for his claim to fame but will he be able to qualify for the National Championships and then go pro? We will have to just wait and see but to make sure he is in the best shape possible, Derek has been training non-stop at the East Coast Mecca as he prepares to go all in for his dream.

IFBB pro physique competitor, Matt Action has also been at the East Coast Mecca sharing some of the trade secrets he has learned throughout his time in the sport.
