When you think of a typical chest routine the exercises that come to mind are incline presses, flat presses, and flys – all putting the focus on the upper and mid pec and totally forgetting about the lower pec. Leaving you with a saggy chest due to the lack of lower pec development. As with any muscle group it is key that you give attention to all of the heads that make up the chest and failing to do so will leave you with an unbalanced chest. And what good is that?
