One of the biggest mistakes you can make when weight lifting is to entirely ignore the importance of form and instead place all your focus on pushing as much weight as possible. At first you might be able to get away with executing lifts improperly but after a few months it will begin to rear its head in the form of nagging and in some cases serious injuries. The funny thing is that any body can obtain the information needed to perform every exercise with proper form some just simply choose to not pay it any mind.

Especially when it comes to the bench press, regardless if you are talking flat, incline or decline. You will always see individuals load up the bar and then break every rule for how you shouldn’t bench press in an attempt to gut out one repetition. Hmm, I don’t know about you but to me that doesn’t seem like too bright of an idea. Don’t be one of those who appears as if they have no clue about how to workout; educate yourself on the exercises prior to attempting to execute them.
