A typical pull-up routine usually consist of an individual pumping out about twelve to fifteen reps while being in complete agony the entire time. Not so for this girl, this pull up routine is one which would have all the dudes in the gym staring in awe!
Don’t be embarrassed if you aren’t able to complete this routine, not many of us are. If everybody were able to it would take away from the impressiveness of it. It’s safe to say she’s earned the respect of us all.
