We have all seen them in our local gyms. Guys or girls trying to lift way more weight than they can handle. In this video a guy lifts 280lbs in “bicep curls”.
This exercise he is doing looks nothing like bicep curls to me. So one advice to all the people out there: Leave your ego at home and lift heavy weights you can handle. If not you’ll end up hurt or in the emergency room and no one wants to see that.
