After a while you may become a bit bored and tired of going through the same type of workout routine, week after week. Furious Pete demonstrates a fun and creative way to spice things up from time to time and that is by going through a ‘strongman workout’. Instead of the traditional exercises we typically see him perform, in the video below we see him go through some farmers walks, rope pulls and tire flips. Not easy by any stretch but they can help you, especially if you feel like you’ve been stuck in a plateau phase. Try something new, get out there and give this strongman workout a chance.
