It is key to find something that will motivate you to start your weeks off as positively as possible and for most it is training a particular muscle group. And what muscle group is more motivating to train than your arms? The answer to that question is none because no guy enjoys training any muscle as much as he does arms. The pump you get from a hardcore arm day is simply like no other. Furious Pete is like the majority of guys out there and used his huge arms routine to help him get his week off to a good start as he begins one of his final weeks of radiation therapy.
