Texas based fitness trainer Tanner Chidester is one jacked dude so it would be smart to listen to what he has to say in reference to building bigger biceps. The Texas style of course. While we are all used to and comfortable with performing hammer curls, regular dumbbell curls, and barbell curls, Tanner provides us with three unique exercises that can be highly effective. And just because you have never seen or heard of these particular exercises doesn’t for a second mean that you should doubt their effectiveness or resist to trying them.
