Premier NFL middle linebacker Patrick Willis of the San Francisco 49ers offers a taste of his “homegrown” workout during the off-season. If you watch football you know Patrick Willis is a heavy hitter and a freak at the linebacker position. In this video Patrick shows you a little bit of what he does in the gym to make him the standout player he is.

Patrick says “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it” his mentality when he comes to the gym is to do what feels right to him. He starts out with cardio which is the thing he hates the most to stay in shape but understands it’s importance. One of his foundation is his core so he pays a lot of attention to it.
