Got To Get Sore To Get Swole!

Kali Muscle is one swole dude, so if there is anyone who knows what it takes to put on size it’s him. Fans have been asking Kali if you can still build muscle without necessarily being sore after your workouts. His answer was “..Lately I truly learned that you have to get sore..” stating that for years his triceps used to never get sore. Until he began to really isolate the muscle and take his time. Making sure that he stretched the muscle and squeezed it on every rep. If Kali finds ways to continue making gains at the age of 39, that leaves us all with no excuse.
