Everyone out there wants to have a shredded abdominal area but might not be informed on how to go about obtaining it. IFBB Pro Ryan Terry is one dude who sure as hell knows how to go about obtaining that beach ready core. He is pretty much famous for his killer abs and luckily for us all he took some time to share a few tips with fellow pro Jason Poston. Ryan states that “A lot of people get the misconception of training them(abdominals) everyday..” Which as he goes on to explain is the wrong way to train them because you are constantly ripping them down and not allowing them to rest and grow.
