Wide, ripped, thick and extremely strong is how most weight-lifters would describe their dream back. But the reason why it’s their dream back is because it is not easily obtained. The back is a large body part, which requires a lot of energy, intensity and planning to devise a routine that will generate great results. IFBB Pro Ryan Terry is known to have one of the most shredded and sculpted back muscles around. While he can’t reveal all of his secrets, he did however give us his top five back exercises. Giving us a list of exercises to help you put on size, and thickness but yet keep your back looking as shredded as possible. Just remember to keep your intensity level up during your back day, going through the motions won’t get you the back you’ve been dreaming about.
