Jay Cutler Gives Us A Look Into His Nutrition Plan

Jay Cutler is a 4x Mr Olympia champion and one of the greatest bodybuilders the sport has ever seen. One trait that separated Jay from the rest of the pack is his attention to detail. He realized how important getting the right amount of food into his body was for getting the results he was looking for. On a daily basis Jay probably consumes as much food as a regular individual eats in two to three days. He trains extremely hard but almost as importantly he eats a ton, “Cooking and eating is five to six hours of my day, no question”, Jay says, “If you follow me around for a day or two, you’ll see most of my time is spent eating meals.” The hardest part of being a professional bodybuilder might not be the hours you spend in the gym but the mental fortitude necessary to take down all those meals. That mental toughness makes him not only a physical specimen but also a warrior at the mental game.
