Since it is Thursday, here we get a Throwback Thursday video of 4x Mr Olympia winner Jay Cutler as he trains chest in preparation for the 2013 Mr Olympia competition. Jay takes us through a series of workouts and explains his reasoning as to why he performs each exercise. One of the points of emphasis throughout the video is the contraction of the chest. Making sure you get that contraction on every set is essential for chest growth. Next time you train chest make sure you are keeping that contraction and squeezing at the top of every set!
