Building big, full shoulders that cap off any well-balanced physique can be an issue for many. And the last thing you want is to have well developed mirror muscles (Chest and Arms) combined with extremely under-developed shoulders. You won’t be proportionate and will seem a bit weird to be quite frank. 4x Mr Olympia winner Jay Cutler did not have this problem as I’m sure you all know. So why not incorporate pieces of his training regimen into your own? It would be the smart thing to do, I mean if these exercises worked for Jay, what makes you think they wouldn’t benefit your physique? Stop making excuses and go get after it!
