Jay Cutler is a beast in the gym and as a result became a 4x Mr Olympia winner and a bodybuilding icon along the way. In order to obtain those Olympia titles there was one area in which Jay needed improvement upon and that was his back. It was the area that was restricting him to second place honors behind the great Ronnie Coleman. Jay knew he held his own against the 8x Olympia winner from the front and sides, but it was ultimately from the back where the outcome was decided. This fueled Jay to the point where he would double up on back days, training so ferociously that he wouldn’t be able to bend over to tie his shoes afterward.
