We have come to know Jim Jones as an extremely successful hip hop recording artist who has created club banger after banger but recently we saw the “Ballin” rapper in a different environment that we are accustomed to – Iron Addicts Gym. Jones stopped by the newest Iron Addicts Gym location down in beautiful South Beach to get his mind and body right with Mike Rashid. Putting his arms through hell via a brutal 100 repetition set to kill his arms. Moving the pin up and down weights throughout the set in order to push Jones beyond how he is used to training. If there is one video that exemplifies how Mike’s style of training is different from everybody else’s it is undoubtedly the one below!
