Leg day is hated by lifters worldwide and it all goes back to the way you mentally approach this dreaded day of the week. Begin to enjoy it as you do training any other muscle and not only will you be able to get through your workouts but you’ll begin to see crazy improvements. As Kali says “You got to make love to the weights..” He took the same mindset he had toward working out his upper-body and applied it to his leg days. And urges us all to do the same and begin to enjoy getting under the squat rack!
