When it’s time for your next Chest Day, make sure to add in Middle Cable Flyes to your list of exercises. You will need to focus on the upper pectoral muscles, and make sure to come up very high with the cables. Do this for 12-15 reps, and 3-4 working sets to really stimulate the upper pecs!
