Flex recently caught up with IFBB Pro Maxx Charles as he prepares for the upcoming 2015 NY Pro. In his second year as a pro Maxx is looking to improve upon an impressive 2014 in which he finished fifth at the 2014 NY Pro and fourth in Tampa.
Maxx goes on to talk about what he has changed up in his training regimen to allow him to build up his most criticized area of his body, which are his legs. As well as a few tweaks he has recently made in his diet to help him continue to take his physique to the next level.
