Mike Rashid is always looking for ways to improve his already tremendously aesthetic body. He recently linked up with powerlifter Mark Bell and learned a new technique to help him get those chest gains he has been looking for. Once your body gets to level of Mike Rashid’s, you must try new techniques and training methodologies to continue to see progress in your physique. Mike isn’t used to performing such a low amount of repetitions but is well aware of the benefits it can bring. Watching Mike push himself to the limit makes me want to get right off this chair and go hit chest myself. Hopefully it’ll give you the motivation to get in the gym and kill that chest session today!
