If you follow Mike Rashid’s Youtube channel you are aware that he has been under the weather for the past few weeks. But it looks like Mike has recovered nicely, clearly evident in this video below. He began by bench pressing 405 lbs, which of course was too easy for Rashid. Then moved on to a massive 455 lb bench press before super setting his way down to a 225 lb press to finish off his chest training session. So Mike Rashid finished off with a bench press that is equivalent to most guys max, yea pretty much trying us all!
