Even when having a ridiculously hectic schedule the people who have a commitment to the gym find a way to get some work in. Even if you are only able to get in a partial workout it’s better than not doing anything at all. Mike Rashid was in New York on a business trip but didn’t let that get in the way from him getting a quick chest and shoulder pump. Along with his buddy Silent Mike they wrecked their shoulders and chest in a limited amount of time.
