Monday Motivation – Tenacity

Nothing great can be done without a certain level of enthusiasm and dedication and there is no way around it. Monday is almost everybody’s most hated day of the week and mostly because it’s the first day after the weekend. After a lazy two days of doing nothing too productive who wants to wake up early and get back on the grind again? The ambitious and hard working people that’s who! So be one of the few who look forward to Mondays because they present you with a new week to get after your goals. Don’t think about skipping the gym today, instead get there and attack every repetition with a level of tenacity that makes those around you a bit scared and intimidated. And if you don’t have the energy to do so watch the video below and I’m sure it’ll do the job!
