People have different preferences such as training in the morning or training at night. Some individuals have long work hours so they prefer to train early in the morning so they won’t have to worry about it once they get out of work. Others start their days early and don’t have the time necessary to hit the gym in the morning and for that reason go late at night. And then there are those who prefer to train at night because their energy levels aren’t as high in the morning which doesn’t allow them to get as good of a workout in. The last thing you want to happen is for you to have to go through a set or two before your body fully awakens. So when do you prefer to get your training done: Morning or Night?
