Being discipline with your diet is key when getting after your fitness goals. The last thing you want to be doing is wasting the work you put in the gym because of your terrible diet. Whether you’re in a bulking or cutting phase, you have to have a diet composed of quality foods. When fueling your body prior to or after a training session, make sure you are putting more of an emphasis on taking in quality foods as appose to the quantity of the foods.
