Three time All-Pro running back Steven Jackson is arguably the strongest running back in the NFL. Standing at 6ft 2in tall and weighing 240 lbs he is extremely difficult to bring down. The last thing you want to see as a defensive back is Steven Jackson breaking through a hole and hitting the second level of the defense. No defensive back wants to attempt to tackle him because once his shoulder gets lowered into your chest it is pretty much game over. However, that strength wasn’t attained over night; it takes years and years of putting in the time in the weight room. Looking at Jackson’s physique you might think he ate and slept in the weight room. In this video Stack gives us an all-access behind the scenes look at a Steven Jackson’s off-season workout. Think you have what it takes to be an NFL running back?
