People often associate losing weight with having a six pack and while that is not necessarily true, it isn’t all wrong either. While you do need to bring your body fat percentage down you also need to make sure you are properly training your core. “You can’t just get to a low body fat percentage, you have to work them.” When working them it’s important that you keep two points of emphasis in mind: 1) Make sure you are getting a good stretch 2) Have to get the contraction.
