Phil Heath Chest Workout Eight Weeks Out From 2013 Mr.Olympia

Watching 4x Mr.Olympia winner Phil Heath’s full chest workout prior to the 2013 Mr.Olympia contest might make you wonder if your chest workout is actually getting the job done. At one point Phil is pushing 540lbs while yelling out “Easy as f$%k”. I’m not so sure how easy that can possibly be, I mean come on that’s six 45lb plates on each side. But then again I have no where near the strength capacity of “The Gift”. It’s safe to say that Phil pretty much killed this workout. Hopefully you’ll now be motivated to hit the gym and end your week off right!
