Phil Trains Chest 11 Weeks Out From The 2015 Olympia- Part 2

In the second of a three part video series we see Phil Heath continue to train chest but this time around putting an emphasis on training the upper part of his chest. And yes he continues to bring the same level of intensity and focus to his workout. Clearly evident when he destroys his chest with a press of 500 lbs on the hammer strength machine. The crazy part is the ease in which he pushes the enormous amount of weight and that wasn’t even the end of his workout. “The Gift” is looking pretty scary at 11 weeks out from the 2015 Olympia making you wonder how crazy his physique is going to look when he hits the stage.
