The legs might just be the most disliked muscle group in the entire body. Plain and simple people resent training their legs. While chest day is widely recognized as the most anticipated workout day of the week, leg day is the most dreaded day of the week. But it shouldn’t be that way; in fact leg day should be one of the training days you actually look forward to. Especially if you plan on developing a complete physique, it might not be easy but if it were meant to be easy everybody would be doing it. Many individuals prefer to be comfortable while training and are happy with achieving average results. Which is absurd because if you are going to spend your time doing something then you should be focused on doing it to the best of your abilities. Don’t be one of the guys walking around with a T shaped figure just because you are too lazy to push yourself. The gym is meant to be a place where you can push yourself to the limit, so stop holding back and get after those gains!
