By the time you read that Ronda Rousey had demolished her opponent on Saturday night at UFC 184. Rousey defended her women’s bantamweight title and raised her undefeated record to 11-0 with a 14-second victory over Cat Zingano at the Staples Center. No one thought Rousey could improve upon her unbelievable UFC bantamweight title defense against Alexis Davis in July that took all of 16 seconds, but she did the unthinkable.

Zingano (9-1) thought the strategy of rushing Rousey right out of the gate would be good strategy. She was wrong. Very, very wrong. She sprinted out with a flying knee attempt, but Rousey caught her and flipped her to the ground. Then Rousey immobilized Zingano with her vicious straight right armlock. Zingano tapped immediately.
