What does a Rory McIlroy workout consist of? From the looks of this video, his workout isn’t a cake walk, but it also isn’t the stuff a future Mr. Olympia is made out of. That’s likely for the best since Rory’s main concern isn’t being the biggest guy in the gym or the dude who lifts the most weights. His main concern is playing great golf and his workout was designed to optimize his game, kind of like how Tiger’s days of running in combat boots and destroying his knees was all done with the intent to make him a better golfer. Plans…they backfire sometimes.
