When you sit back and think about it, it is pretty crazy how many different routes you can go to achieve your fitness goals. There is no one specific style of training you must use to get yourself in great physical shape. There are countless styles and it is all up to you to decide which one aligns with your fitness goals and interests. Don’t pick a certain style of training based off of its popularity but choose the one that catches your attention and interest. Because in the end you are the one who is going to be putting the time in, so why not choose a style of training that interest and challenges you at the same time?
One type of training that has grown in popularity recently is calisthenics and even though it contains no weights it is a killer workout. It is uneblieveable how many different exercises you can perform with no other equipment beside your arms and legs. And once you build up your strength you will be able to let your creativity take over and perform wild exercises that seem as if they were choreographed by a conductor. Don’t believe me?
