The UK sensation Simeon Panda knows a thing or two about working out and getting your physique looking right. I mean he didn’t become so jacked by accident and fortunately for us he doesn’t mind sharing the knowledge he’s gained throughout his journey. In the video below he breaks down a few different ways you can work out the triceps and how different grips allow you to hit the muscle in different spots. He also reminds us that the tripe is in fact two-thirds of your arm, a fact that most people are quick to forget. The question most ask is “How big are your biceps?”, ignoring the fact that they are only a small portion of your arm. So get in the gym and work on those tricep muscles you’ve been neglecting!
