Calisthenics is a style of training that has become extremely popular recently, probably because you don’t need much training equipment or gym membership to get a good sweat in. Another reason why many people have gravitated to this style of training is due to how creative you can get with the movements. You can literally attempt a numerous amount of crazy looking movements as long as you possess the level of fitness required to execute them properly. Because if not you will leave yourself susceptible to possibly serious injuries. One movement that is pretty tough is the skin the catch, shrimp flip. Where you see an individual swing off of a chin-up bar, tuck their knees in, kick straight up, and flip themselves. Yes, I know how crazy it sounds but if you follow the tutorial in the video below you might be able to successfully pull it off!
