Entering the fourth quarter the Golden State Warriors trailed the New Orleans Pelicans by twenty points and it seemed as if the game was over. The Warriors had not even the slightest bit of momentum going for them piled on top of the fact that they were playing terribly throughout the first three quarters. The juggernaut that we know as the Warriors were shooting a mere 35.8% from the floor, hope was dim. That was all until MVP candidate and point guard Stephen Curry took the game into his own hands. Curry does what he always does come crunch-time: Explode. Pouring in 17 points in the fourth quarter and overtime. And hitting an insane game-tying three over Pelicans star Anthony Davis to send the game into overtime. But then again this 40 point outburst is the usual for Steph, did we really expect anything less?
