People are always going to tell you that you aren’t smart, big, or fast enough but what are you going to do listen to them or use the negativity as motivation? Kali Muscle made that decision a long time ago and has continuously proved his doubters wrong throughout his life time. Through all the various adversities thrown his way, Kali has found away to come out on top.

After briefly discussing his motivations Kali Muscle goes through a super-human back workout that only few would be able to handle. The intensity he brings to each and everyone of his workouts is second to none and his physique is a direct result of that intensity. Like Kali likes to say, “..I’m the biggest thing in the gym..”, if you needed some extra motivation to get you through that back training session later today here you go!
